I was always unhappy with myself and felt like I wasn't pushing myself to my absolute limits. I tried to lose weight over and over again, just to gain it all back and I never understood why that happened. I attempted multiple fad diets and would do endless cardio whenever I binged the night before.

Once I began lifting weights, I realized I was so much stronger than I thought I was. Exercise was once a punishment for me, but now it is something I absolutely love that makes me feel great. Lifting weights allowed me to find the self-love I had been searching for. I hope to help you find that self-love and passion and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
